My name is Jamie Knight and I have been a resident of Lafayette since birth. I am a self-proclaimed “Cajun” and I enjoy “Letting the Good Times Roll” -Laisse Les Bon Temps Rouler. I am a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Even after graduation, I knew that my true passion was in real estate.

I started my career with a passion for good investments (A home is still one of the best stable investments a person can make). I enjoy assisting buyers in making great home investment decisions and negotiating the perfect deal. I also enjoy helping sellers cash out on their investments while striving to squeeze every last dollar out of their home.

I am experienced in residential home sales as well as land, commercial, and multi-family properties. Investors can benefit from the tenacity that I have for distressed, foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and short sale properties. Home buyer’s can benefit from my experience working hand in hand with mortgage lenders and title attorneys.

In my real estate career I have had the privilege of working with great people and helping them find the property that they desire. My experience working with clients has always been a friendly one, and I enjoy keeping in touch with them as much as I have enjoyed helping them.
